I Accidentally Discovered I Could Treat Depression with Food

If you’ve ever wanted to live large and make a difference, what I am writing here will speak to you. I accidentally discovered I could treat depression with food and felt strongly I had an important story to tell.

I’ve made a decision not to live from fear, but to live from a place of openness so I can reach more people and attempt to help more people with their health both mental and physical.

I’ve written a book, “Eat Your Blues Away” to document my accidental recovery from chronic depression by changing how I eat. I literally learned to treat depression with food. I waited for several years to be sure it would last, and my recovery has been in place for nearly six years now.

I would be remiss if I didn’t share with you that writing the book was scary for me. Putting down on paper for the world to see all my struggles and my journey from chronic depression to a life free of it at times gave me pause. What was I thinking…what would others think?

I’ve spent too much of my life coming from that attitude, and I now realize I need to move forward with my story fearlessly so I may positively affect the lives of more people. Some will be ready to hear it is possible to treat depression with food; some will not.
